WorkHourly is a time tracking and invoicing app for service professionals who work with multiple clients. It helps users log time, schedule shifts, track expenses, generate PDF invoices, and review analytics from a single workflow. The app is built for people who need to keep client work organized, calculate earnings accurately, and send professional reports without relying on an internet connection.

The app supports two working styles: Schedule Mode for planning and marking work complete later, and Clock In/Out Mode for real-time tracking with live earnings. Users can switch between them in Settings. It also supports manual entry for past work, so forgotten time can be added later with client, start time, and end time details.

WorkHourly is designed around multiple clients. Each client can have its own rate, fixed salary, overtime rules, tax rates, break defaults, and visual color. Expenses are attached to individual shifts rather than days, which keeps costs separated by job. Reports can include expenses, work notes, photos, and signatures, and invoices can be exported as PDFs and branded with a logo.

The product is offline-first: data stays on the device, and users can track time, generate reports, and manage clients without internet. Pro adds private iCloud backup and sync through the user’s iCloud account. Analytics help users see earning trends, profitable clients, productive days, and work consistency patterns.
