1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SaaSLocator, including our website, accounts, product directory, launch scheduling, voting, comments, newsletters, paid launch options, and advertising services.
By creating an account, submitting content, purchasing a service, or otherwise using SaaSLocator, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use SaaSLocator for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
- Provide accurate and current account information.
- Keep your credentials secure and do not share access.
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Product submissions and launches
You may submit products that you own, operate, represent, or are authorized to promote. Product information must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights.
A launch date or slot is not guaranteed until all required information, moderation, and payment steps are complete. We may request changes, correct categories, reject a submission, postpone a launch, or remove content that violates these Terms or our quality standards.
Voting, comments, rankings, badges, traffic, backlinks, leads, or commercial results are not guaranteed. Rankings may change as votes and moderation decisions are processed.
4. Your content and license to us
You retain ownership of the names, descriptions, images, logos, comments, and other content you submit. You grant SaaSLocator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate and market the service.
You confirm that you have all rights necessary to grant this license. You may request removal of content, but copies may remain where required for legal, security, backup, accounting, or integrity purposes.
5. AI-assisted features
AI Autofill and similar tools may retrieve publicly available website content, create screenshots, and send website text or metadata to third-party technology providers to suggest descriptions, categories, and technical details. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate.
You must review and edit generated information before publication. You remain responsible for the final submission and for ensuring it is lawful, accurate, and does not disclose confidential information.
6. Payments, paid launches, and advertising
Paid product launches are generally offered as one-time purchases. Advertising products may be sold as one-time placements or recurring subscriptions. The applicable price, currency, billing interval, taxes, features, and renewal terms will be shown before checkout.
Payments will be processed by an external payment provider. By completing checkout, you also agree to that provider’s terms and authorize it to charge the selected payment method. SaaSLocator does not need to receive or store your complete card number.
- Recurring advertising subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, when this is clearly disclosed at checkout.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a charge already completed.
- Fees are non-refundable once a launch, placement, moderation service, or advertising period has begun, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and accurate billing information.
If a paid service cannot be delivered because of our error, we may provide a replacement date, service credit, or refund as appropriate.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- submit illegal, deceptive, harmful, plagiarized, or infringing content;
- manipulate votes, rankings, comments, accounts, launch slots, or referral data;
- use bots, scraping, automation, or repeated requests to exhaust resources or circumvent limits;
- upload malware, probe security, interfere with availability, or access data without authorization;
- misrepresent affiliation, ownership, product capabilities, pricing, reviews, or commercial results;
- use the service to promote spam, fraud, hate, exploitation, or prohibited goods and services.
9. External websites and services
Product listings, affiliate URLs, advertisements, social links, and integrations may lead to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, pricing, or privacy practices. A listing or link is not an endorsement unless explicitly stated.
10. SaaSLocator intellectual property
The SaaSLocator name, design, software, database structure, original text, and platform features are owned by us or our licensors. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or create a competing database from substantial parts of the service.
11. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, limits, prices, or integrations. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting failures, attacks, provider outages, and other events may affect availability.
12. Disclaimers
SaaSLocator is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee publication, ranking, traffic, backlinks, revenue, investment, customers, or any particular business result.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSLocator and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Our aggregate liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to SaaSLocator for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, the service or other users are at risk, payment is overdue or reversed, or the law requires it. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that logically survive termination will continue to apply.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the SaaSLocator operator is legally established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, payment model, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top. For material changes, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
